Dr. Mandlenkosi Richard Sibiya stands at the helm of Mastermind Institute and Contractors as its esteemed founder and director. An individual of commendable academic standing, Dr. Sibiya's scholastic repertoire includes a Bachelor of Education degree, a Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering, a Certificate in Computer Literacy, a Bachelor of Education Honours in Mathematics, a Master of Education in Mathematics, and a Ph.D. in Mathematics.
Established in 2020 and formally registered in 2024, Mastermind Institute and Contractors is Dr. Sibiya's brainchild, conceived in response to his adverse experiences with unregistered builders.
